Year 1 (Gold)
Inspired by video game ranking systems, I introduced a tiered "Stream Anniversary Rank" for each year of my channel's existence, tied to limited-edition enamel pins and patches. The core of this strategy was the design of a varsity jacket, which allowed community members to proudly display their years of loyalty by collecting and ironing on the annual rank badges.
Year 2 (Platinum)
This approach not only drove consistent merchandise sales but also transformed casual fans into proud, visible members of a thriving, exclusive community.
